Abstract:
The present technology relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly paper straw and an eco-friendly paper straw manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing an eco-friendly paper straw according to the present technology comprises the steps of: providing coated paper obtained by coating at least one of both surfaces of a substrate with an acrylic-based, water-dispersible paper coating; bending the coated paper such that one end and the other end of the coated paper overlap each other to form an overlapping section; and sealing the overlapping section.
