Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced composite resin whereby decomposition of the resin can be reduced. A method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced composite resin, characterized by comprising: a sheet forming step for forming a sheet from a raw material including a first resin, a second resin, and an antioxidant; and a composite prepreg acquiring step for bringing the sheet and reinforcing fibers into contact and molding the sheet and the reinforcing fibers, and thereby obtaining a fiber-reinforced composite resin which includes a layer of the reinforcing fibers and a resin layer containing the antioxidant and comprising the first resin and the second resin; the first resin having a higher tensile elastic modulus than the second resin, and the sheet having a sea-island structure provided with a sea phase including the first resin and an island phase including the second resin.
