Abstract:
Disclosed is a functional gel holding minute bubbles inside thereof. A predetermined high-pressure gas is sent from a pressurized air source (2) into a bottom portion of an airtight container (1) while a valve of a pipe (3) is opened, a valve of a pipe (5) is closed, and a valve of an exhaust pipe (6) is opened so that gas inside a gas phase region in an upper portion of the airtight container (1) is expelled and so that the gas phase region is filled with the predetermined gas. Next, the valve of the exhaust pipe (6) is closed so that the pressure inside the gas phase region becomes high. When the pressure inside the gas phase region becomes high, the solubility of the gas also increases, and a large amount of gas dissolves in water. After this, the valve of the pipe (5) is opened, and high-pressure water in which the predetermined gas dissolves up to a saturating concentration under high pressure is supplied to water filled in a container (4) in advance. As a result, the pressure of the supplied high-pressure water is released in the water within the container (4), and the dissolved gas becomes minute bubbles. Subsequently, a gelling agent is added into the container (4) so that the water (solution with low viscosity) including the minute bubbles gelates.
