Abstract:
A manufacturing method comprising a step for forming a metal oxide layer on a substrate layer comprising polypropylene resin or polyester resin through a vacuum film-formation process, a step for applying a gas-barrier-covering-layer-forming composition to the metal oxide layer to form a coating, a step for preheating the coating using infrared rays, and a step for curing the coating that was preheated using infrared rays through heating in a 50-120°C atmosphere and forming a gas-barrier covering layer, the gas-barrier-covering-layer-forming composition containing a water-soluble polymer and at least one selected from the group consisting of alkyl silicon alkoxides and hydrolysates thereof.
