Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a glass substrate includes: a coating step S31 for coating an antistatic agent W onto the outer surface of a glass substrate G comprising a non-alkali glass; a drying step S33 for drying the glass substrate G at room temperature after the coating step S31; and an irradiation processing step S34 for carrying out plasma irradiation processing or ultraviolet ray irradiation processing on the outer surface of the glass substrate G after the drying step S33.
