Abstract:
The present invention is characterized in that: a main joining rotary tool (F) is provided with a base end-side pin (F2) and a tip-side pin (F3); the taper angle of the base end-side pin (F2) is larger than the taper angle of the tip-side pin (F3); a stair-like pin stepped part is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base end-side pin (F2); the tip-side pin (F3) is provided with a flat surface (F4), which is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the main joining rotary tool (F), and a protruding part (F5), which protrudes from the flat surface (F4); and in a first main joining step and a second main joining step, friction stirring is performed in a state in which the flat surface (F4) of the tip-side pin (F3) and the base end-side pin (F2) are brought into contact with a jacket main body (2) and a seal body (3), and a tip surface (F6) of the protruding part (F5) is brought into contact with only the jacket main body (2).
