Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing an interior/exterior material frame of a curved display, which simultaneously extends a frame used as an interior/exterior material of a curved television, a wrist watch or a cell phone and manufactures the same by bending; and a frame thereof. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an interior/exterior material frame of a curved display, and a frame manufactured by the manufacturing method, the method comprising the steps of: (a) cutting an extrusion-molded interior/exterior material frame of a curved display to a desired size and processing the same; (b) forming a first intermediate product having the shape of the interior/exterior material frame of the curved display by extending-bending for extending and bending the frame material with respect to a mold having the shape of the interior/exterior material frame of the curved display in a state in which both ends of the frame material cut and processed in step (a) are clamped by clamps; (c) forming a second intermediate product by cutting both ends, which are clamped by the clamps, of the first intermediate product; and (d) forming a final product by surface treating the second intermediate product.
