Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a multilayer core of a rotor comprises: a first process wherein a multilayer core body (14) is positioned and mounted on a mounting platform (17) of a conveyance tray (16); a second process wherein the multilayer core body (14), which has a permanent magnet (15) inserted in each magnet insertion hole (11, 12) thereof, is positioned and arranged on a lower die (28) while mounted on the mounting platform (17), and is clamped between an upper die (29) and the lower die (28); and a third process wherein resin is pushed out from resin accumulation pots (42) provided on the lower die (28), and the resin is filled, via resin flow-paths (43) formed on the mounting platform (17), into each of the corresponding magnet insertion holes (11, 12) of the multilayer core body (14). With this method, the conveyance tray (16) does not need to be turned upside down, and working efficiency is greatly improved.
