Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an oil-retaining bearing applied to an automobile lamp motor, comprising the following steps: sufficiently mixing a composition consisting of: in percentage by weight, 8-11% of tin powder, 0.01-1% of graphene powder or composite graphene powder, 1-3% of composite graphite powder, a balance of copper powder and inevitable impurities; and obtaining an oil-retaining bearing by low temperature diffusion, compression moulding, sintering, shaping and oil impregnating, wherein the oil content by volume percentage of the obtained oil-retaining bearing is 20-25%. The strength of materials of the oil-retaining bearing manufactured by the method of the present invention is greatly improved and is up to 50% or more, and in particularly, graphene is adhered onto the surface of the materials such that the bearing has the characteristics of anti-friction and low friction coefficient; therefore, the service life of the automobile lamp motor is guaranteed to reach 1000 h or more.
