Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an oriented electromagnetic steel sheet according to the present invention comprises: a cold rolling step in which a cold rolled steel sheet is manufactured; a finish annealing step in which the cold rolled steel sheet is subjected to finish annealing in association with secondary recrystallization; a groove formation step in which a linear groove is formed in the cold rolled steel sheet before or after the finish annealing step in a direction crossing the rolling direction of the cold rolled steel sheet; and a tension film imparting step in which a tension film is formed on a groove-formed surface of the cold rolled steel sheet by applying and baking a coating solution comprising phosphoric acid, a phosphate, a chromic anhydride, a chromate, alumina, or a silica compound in a state where the groove-formed surface is facing downward.
