Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a packaged frozen food product, a food packaging film, and a packaged frozen food product with which, when unsealing packaging after thawing a frozen food product, it is possible to experience the taste of a freshly made food product. This method for manufacturing a packaged frozen food product includes: a packaging step in which a food product, after being baked or steamed and before the temperature thereof drops to room temperature, is hermetically packaged in a film having a gas barrier layer, the food product being fresh confectionery, semi-perishable confectionery, bread or rice cakes; and a freezing step in which the food product packaged at the packaging step is frozen to obtain a frozen food product.
