Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a paper tampon applicator, used for solving the problem of incapability of forming a paper tampon applicator (P) at present, and comprising the following steps: providing a paperboard (1), the paperboard (1) having a structural layer (11) located between an inner layer (12) and an outer layer (13), and the structural layer (11) having a plurality of petals (111) located at a front end of a paperboard body (112), the structural layer (11) having a weakened portion (113) located at a position where the plurality of petals (111) are adjacent to the paperboard body (112), and the inner layer (12) and the outer layer (13) both covering the plurality of petals (111) and the weakened portion (113); and heating the paperboard (1) and rolling the paperboard (1) into a partially overlapping tubular shape to form the paper tampon applicator (P), the inner layer (12) being located at the innermost layer of the paper tampon applicator (p), the plurality of petals (111) being located at a front end of the paper tampon applicator (p), and a front end opening (14) of the paper tampon applicator (p) being smaller than a rear end opening (15).
