Abstract:
The present invention is characterized by comprising: preparing a plurality of small-piece cells in which a first current collection electrode is formed by applying and curing a first current collection electrode material including a first metal component and a first resin component onto one surface of a semiconductor substrate, and in which a second current collection electrode is formed by applying, but not curing, a second current collection electrode material including a second metal component and a second resin component softer than the first resin component onto the other surface; and curing the second current collection electrode material after the first current collection electrode of one of adjacent ones of the plurality of small-piece cells is overlapped on the second current collection electrode of the other of the adjacent small-piece cells.
