Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a product having multiple buffer spaces molded in desired shapes, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a first high-frequency mold having a first molding portion and a first boundary portion; successively seating first and second molding sheets made of thermoplastic synthetic resin on the upper surface of an insulating plate; pressurizing the first high-frequency mold operating with a high frequency so as to closely contact the other surface of the second molding sheet such that a first sealing line is formed on the first and second molding sheets facing each other in the shape of the first boundary portion of the first high-frequency mold, thereby coupling the first and second molding sheets, and forming a first buffer space having a predetermined size inside the first sealing line, thereby fabricating a first airbag; preparing a second high-frequency mold having multiple second molding portions and a second outer boundary portion; seating the first airbag on the upper surface of the insulating plate; and pressurizing the second high-frequency mold so as to closely contact the other surface of the first airbag while the second outer boundary portion of the second high-frequency mold operating with a high frequency remains positioned to correspond to the first sealing line of the first airbag such that a second outer sealing line is formed in the shape of the second outer boundary portion of the second high-frequency mold by using the first sealing line of the first airbag, and the first buffer space positioned inside the second outer sealing line is delimited by a second inner sealing line formed by a second inner boundary portion, thereby molding a second buffer space having the shape of each second molding portion, thereby fabricating a second airbag.
