Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing PTFE fiber for a PTFE membrane catalyst filter, in which mixing, aging, compression, extrusion, rolling, sintering, oiling/stretching, and slitting processes are carried out in a process of manufacturing PTFE fiber for a PTFE membrane catalyst filter, wherein a homogenized catalyst is added in the mixing process, the proportion of the added catalyst is 0.5-0.6%, and the proportion of a lubricant added is 28-30%.
