Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a tubular article wherein a tubular article (a) having a layer comprising a thermoplastic resin composition (A) containing a styrene based elastomer and a tubular article (b) comprising a thermoplastic resin composition (B) containing a polyolefin are subjected to insertion adhesion, characterized in that the ratio of the outer diameter of a finer tube and the inner diameter of a thicker tube (the outer diameter of a finer tube/the inner diameter of a thicker tube = X) satisfies 1 < X < 1.25, and an adhesion area of the above tubular article (a) and/or the above tubular article (b) is irradiated with a laser light after an absorbing agent for wave lengths of 700 to 2,500 mm is caused to be present in the above adhesion area. In the above method, the high adhesion of binding portions can be achieved by binding tubular articles comprising resin compositions having specific compositions and having specific inner and outer diameters.
