Abstract:
Provided are a method for measuring the temperature of a thawed object, and a thawing apparatus, and a refrigerator. The method for measuring the temperature of a thawed object comprises: starting an infrared temperature-sensing device of a thawing apparatus, wherein the infrared temperature-sensing device is configured to detect a temperature field distribution of a thawing chamber of the thawing apparatus, and a temperature-sensing region of the infrared temperature-sensing device is pre-divided into a preset number of grids; acquiring a detection result from the infrared temperature-sensing device, and determining a temperature value of each grid according to the detection result; and determining, according to the temperature values of the grids, the grid where the thawed object in the thawing apparatus is located, and calculating a measured temperature of the thawed object according to the temperature value of the grid where the thawed object is located. The method of the present invention makes it possible to accurately obtain a temperature value reflecting the actual state of a thawed object, provide accurate measurement, and provides an accurate basis for subsequent thawing control of a thawing apparatus.
