Abstract:
A method for operating a pyrolysis furnace (10), and a device thereof; one end of a furnace body of a pyrolysis furnace (10) is provided with a furnace mouth (101), a heating chamber (102) is disposed within the furnace body, a door panel (11) is installed at the exterior of the furnace mouth (101) of the furnace body, and the door panel (11) can be opened or closed at the exterior of the furnace mouth (101); a plurality of electrical heating tubes (12) is disposed at an upper side and on a lateral side within the heating chamber (102), and pyrolysis of waste is carried out after the door panel (11) is closed to seal the furnace mouth (101). The method comprises the following steps: placing waste to undergo pyrolysis in the heating chamber (102) of the furnace body, closing the door panel (11) to seal the furnace mouth (101), then starting up a gas extraction device to extract gas from the sealed heating chamber (102) so as to form a vacuum-like state and continuing to extract gas, and while extracting gas from the heating chamber (102) of the furnace body, opening the electrical heating tubes (12) to heat the interior of the heating chamber (102) so as to carry out a pyrolysis heating procedure, and using the gas extraction device to, by means of a pipeline (P), discharge exhaust gas (EG) generated by heating and pyrolyzing waste. In the pyrolysis procedure, the temperature is, according to the type of waste, controlled between 600°C to 750°C for pyrolysis. The exhaust gas (EG) is discharged to carry out an oil-water separation procedure, and then a reclaimed oil accumulation process is carried out to recover oil.
