Abstract:

A method for precise processing of a release liner printing roller. The processing method comprises the following steps: selecting a material; eliminating stress; adjusting dynamic balance by producing an inner and outer bore hole on the printing roller such that the overall dynamic balance of the entire roller is within 10 grams; after properly adjusting a flow guiding impeller on an internal through-shaft, adjusting the dynamic balance to within 10 grams; welding the printing roller onto the through-shaft to form an integrated assembly; polishing; electroplating, comprising: loading the printing roller, rinsing the printing roller, nickel electroplating, rinsing the printing roller, copper electroplating, and unloading the printing roller, wherein the copper electroplating step uses a current density of 2-4 A/m2 and a copper solution comprising: 300-400 g/L of copper sulfate, 50-100 g/L of sulfuric acid, and 100-200 ppm of chloride ions; integrated trimming, rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing, and spraying; and adjusting the dynamic balance. The method provides high precision processing. A release liner printing roller processed using the method has a dynamic balance within 10 grams, and does not undergo roller deformation due to thermal expansion or contraction.
