Abstract:
A method for separating and preparing paeonidin-3-O-(6-p-coumaroyl) glucoside and malvidin-3-O-(6-p-coumaroyl) glucoside. Two high-purity acylated paeonidin and malvidin anthocyanin monomers are purified and separated from grapes by means of steps of abstraction, macroporous resin purification, extraction, preparative liquid phase chromatography and high speed countercurrent chromatography, etc. By means of said method, at least 60 mg of paeonidin-3-O-(6-p-coumaroyl) glucoside and at least 200 mg of malvidin-3-O-(6-p-coumaroyl) glucoside can be obtained from 10 kg of grape skin, and each purity can reach 98% or more. The present method has the advantages of simple operation, large processing volume, good repeatability, etc. and provides a new idea for the development and utilization of grape resources.
