Abstract:
The present invention provides: a method for preparing cancer stem cells, the method comprising the steps of (i) concentrating cancer stem cells in cancer cells, and then (ii) providing the concentrated cancer stem cells for a side population assay (SP method) to fractionate side population (SP) as cancer stem cells; and a cancer stem cell population that is highly concentrated and purified.
