Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cellulose nanofibril which can be redispersed in an aqueous solution. The method comprises the following steps: first subjecting a plant fiber raw material to a pulping treatment, then subjecting same to a nano homogenization treatment, so as to obtain a CNF suspension, adjusting the pH of the resulting CNF suspension, then adding a certain amount of potassium chloride, and subjecting same to a drying treatment. In the method of the present invention, the CNF is prepared by means of a mechanical method, and has a higher yield. In the present invention, the CNF suspension, after being treated by means of adjusting the pH and adding a salt, is, after vacuum drying, easily redispersed in an aqueous solution, and same has good properties, such as stability, after redispersion. The method can reduce the storage and transportation costs of cellulose nanofibrils, and is simple in terms of operation and suitable for large-scale production. This provides a new idea and a new method for the highly valued utilization of cellulose, and provides a new method for the preparation of the CNF capable of being redispersed in an aqueous solution.
