Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing the double face veneer plant fiber board. The method comprises the following steps: feeding a supporting plate into a fiber board rolling conveying appliance, enabling the supporting plate to successively pass through each station along with the rolling conveying appliance so as to process each layer of the plant fiber board, thus forming an initial blank, performing compression moulding, and pressurizing, conserving and curing. the plant fiber board is processed and moulded once through a set of equipment, the plant fiber board with the veneer on two faces is processed on one process line, a gelling agent is not solidified when the veneer is laid on the two faces of the plant fiber board, the gelling agent is a primary material of a core layer, and it is an adhesive agent used for bonding the veneer and a non-woven fabric, thereby being favorable for avoiding the problems of air bubbles or unreliable cementation, virtue connection and the like between the veneer and core layer, and meanwhile, the problems of working hour waste and material waste caused by organic gluing in the prior art are solved, and the purposes of high preparation efficiency, energy conservation, improved quality and simplicity in operation are achieved.
