Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a drug-loaded bone repair scaffold capable of promoting ordered vascularization by means of 3D printing, and the product thereof and the use of the product. Two kinds of 3D printing "inks" are prepared, wherein one is a self-setting calcium phosphate bone cement ink with α-TCP as a main body, and the other is a drug-loaded ink formed by means of adding an angiogenic factor to the above-mentioned ink. By means of a dual-nozzle 3D printing mode, the two kinds of inks are used for printing layer by layer according to the design of a model, wherein the route of the drug-loaded ink is kept radially consistent; and after printing is completed, the resulting material is left to stand at room temperature for 24 h to allow for the self-setting of the calcium phosphate cement, so as to obtain the drug-loaded bone repair scaffold capable of promoting ordered vascularization. According to the present invention, the calcium phosphate bone repair scaffold is used as a carrier, the osteoconductivity is good, the bone tissue healing can be promoted, and the scaffold has good mechanical properties and a certain load-bearing capacity.
