Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for drug-loaded mesoporous calcium silicate modified PMMA bone cement, a product, and a use. The preparation method comprises preparation of mesoporous calcium silicate, preparation of drug-loaded mesoporous calcium silicate, gelatin coating treatment, and preparation of modified PMMA bone cement. In the present invention, gelatin coated drug-loaded mesoporous calcium silicate is used as a drug carrier and a filler, such that the biocompatibility and the osteogenesis capability of the PMMA bone cement can be promoted, and the elastic modulus of the bone cement is reduced; gelatin is capable of absorbing heat to accelerate the dissolving speed of the gelatin in water, a bioactive drug is cross-linked and fixed in mesopores and under the protection of gelatin coating, the loss of activity caused by polymerization heat release can be avoided, and the clinical application range of the bone cement is expanded.
