Abstract:
A method for preparing an elastic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and an elastic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. A polyacrylate resin containing carbon-carbon double bonds and a diluent monomer containing a carbon-carbon double bond are used as main components of the adhesive, and a microcapsule-like powder component is used. A water-soluble high-molecular cellulosic polymer is selected as the shell material of the microcapsule-like powder, and a low-boiling alkane is selected as the core material thereof. The preparation method by UV curing in combination with shell breaking by heating is utilized to obtain an adhesive layer with elasticity, and prepare a finished pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Compared with elastic pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes in the prior art, the preparation method has a simple preparation process. The obtained pressure-sensitive adhesive tape overcomes the limitations of traditional foam tapes, and has good cushioning and compressibility without the need to use foam as a base material.
