Abstract:
A method for preparing furfural, lignosulfonate and high-degradable cellulose by integrated multi-process coupling, specifically comprising: mixing an oven dry biomass raw material and sulfuric acid, and putting the mixture into an integrated reactor; introducing steam, carrying out hydrolysis, and feeding furfural-containing steam generated by hydrolysis to a distillation tower to undergo distillation; preparing a sulfite reaction solution by using waste liquid generated by distillation, adding the sulfite reaction solution into the integrated reactor, continuously introducing steam to undergo hydrolysis, and continuously feeding steam generated by hydrolysis to undergo distillation to further extract furfural; and stopping discharging steam to continue the reaction, and after the reaction is stopped, carrying out post-treatment to obtain a liquid component mainly containing lignosulfonate and a solid component containing cellulose. Biomass is used as a raw material to prepare furfural by a sulfuric acid hydrolysis method, acid wastewater generated by furfural extraction is used for preparing a bisulfite reaction solution, and multi-process coupling and one-pot treatment are performed on the raw materials by using the bisulfite reaction solution, so that furfural, lignosulfonate and degradable cellulose products having high bioavailability are efficiently prepared.
