Abstract:
Provided are a method for preparing gentiooligosaccharide by using β-1,6-glucanase and an application thereof, relating to the technical field of genetic engineering and fermentation engineering. Firstly, β-1,6-glucanase TcBgn having transglycosylation activity on gentiobiose is provided. The β-1,6-glucanase TcBgn can convert glucose into gentiooligosaccharide under the condition of a relatively low cellulose dosage, and the conversion rate is high, so that the production cost can be significantly reduced. Gentiooligosaccharide is also prepared by means of double-enzyme compounding of the β-1,6-glucanase and β-glucosidase, and glucose is converted into gentiobiose and gentianose by using a double-enzyme compounded system, so that the conversion rate is high, and the proportion of the gentianose in a product is significantly improved. Therefore, the method for preparing gentiooligosaccharide by means of single enzyme or double-enzyme compounding of β-1,6-glucanase has good industrial application value.
