Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a borane gas, comprising the following steps: placing a Lewis base in a reaction kettle and adding a neutral solvent for dissolution to obtain a solution; adding the solution into a Lewis acid for a reaction to obtain a low purity borane gas and a reaction residue liquid; introducing the low purity borane gas into a buffer kettle, and then sequentially passing through a low temperature cooling tower, an acid gas absorption tower and a drying tower to obtain a high purity borane gas; quenching the reaction residue liquid and filter-pressing to obtain a filtered solution and a solid, rectifying the filtered solution to obtain a rectified product and recrystallizing the solid to obtain a recrystallized product. The present invention also provides the use of the borane gas. By adopting the preparation method of the borane gas and the use of the borane gas of the present invention, borane gas with a purity over 99% can be obtained, and great improvement is made to effective utilization of the products from post-treatment and treatment for preparing the borane gas. As a result, the post-treatment is safer, the treatment products can be utilized commercially instead of wasted, and the high-purity product can be prepared.
