Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-controlled brushless motor liquid resistance starter, comprising movable electrodes (6), stationary electrodes (5), and an elastic resistance apparatus that prevents the movable electrodes from moving toward the stationary electrodes. The six stationary electrodes are all arranged on the outer wall of the cavity of a liquid-storing cylinder (1). Provided at either side of each stationary electrode is an insulating support post (4). Two ends of a support panel (2) are fastened on the insulating support posts by means of screws. A guiding rod (7) is slidably arranged in a guiding hole of the support panel, the outer end of the guiding rod being provided with a movable electrode opposite a stationary electrode, and the inner end being provided with a large-diameter step-post; a compression spring (8) sleeves the guiding rod between the support panel and the large-diameter step-post at the inner end of the guiding rod; the two ends of a flexible electrically conductive cord (10) are connected respectively to the inner end of the guiding rod and a stud on the cover of the liquid-storing cylinder. The present invention has the substantial advantages of small volume, flexibly movable electrodes, fast and easy assembly and maintenance, and reliability and safety.
