Abstract:
Provided is a method for reprograming in vitro human mature hepatocytes into hepatocyte precursor cells having the ability to self-renew. A method for preparing human hepatocyte progenitor cells, said method comprising culturing human mature hepatocytes in a medium containing serum, A-83-01 and CHIR99021.
