Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of masts for ships, and specifically relates to a method for preparing an impact-resistant mast for ships, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a column rod core material; (2) preparing a column rod housing; (3) mounting the column rod core material in the column rod housing, filling a cavity between the column rod housing and the column rod core material with glass fibers, and then using an aluminum alloy having the same components as the column rod housing to seal the bottom end and top end of the cavity to obtain a column rod; and (4) using the column rod to assemble a mast. According to the present invention, the aluminum alloy having high strength and good impact resistance is used as the column rod core material, and the aluminum alloy having good corrosion resistance is used as the column rod housing, so that the column rod of a sandwich structure is prepared; and the mast for ships assembled by the column rod not only can satisfy the requirements of bearing capacity and structural strength, but also has good impact resistance, and therefore, the detection height requirement of detection equipment can be satisfied.
