Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a Zn0.2Cd0.8S/rGO photocatalytic material, the method involving taking hydrofluoric acid and H2O and formulating same into mixed solution A; adding zinc acetate dihydrate and cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate to mixed solution A to obtain solution B; adding thiourea to solution B to form solution C; adding solution C to an inner liner of polytetrafluoroethylene for a hydrothermal reaction; after the reaction is completed, subjecting same to centrifugal washing with deionized water and ethanol, and then drying and grinding same to obtain a lamina-like Zn0.2Cd0.8S material; taking graphene oxide and deionized water and formulating same into a solution to form solution D; adding a prepared Zn0.2Cd0.8S powder to solution D, and magnetically stirring same to form solution E; adding solution E to an inner liner of polytetrafluoroethylene for a hydrothermal reaction; and after the reaction is completed, subjecting same to centrifugal washing respectively with deionized water and ethanol, and drying and grinding same to obtain a powder of the Zn0.2Cd0.8S/rGO material. In the present invention, the Zn0.2Cd0.8S/rGO material is prepared using a hydrothermal method, the process operation is simple, and the product has good crystallinity, a high purity, and excellent properties.
