Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a rubber pad, comprising the following steps: (1) stirring a main material together with a fragrance and a colorant for 5-10 minutes, then letting same stand for 10-20 hours; (2) placing the mixture after standing into a hopper of an injection molding machine, wherein the temperature of the hopper is 50ºC-60ºC, and stirring (baking) same for 10-20 minutes; and (3) setting the shape and thickness (the speed, temperature and pressure of raw materials being introduced into a charging barrel) by means of the control panel of the injection molding machine, and allowing the mixture flow into the charging barrel from the hopper for integrated segmentation, and placing the finished product into a storage frame through a mechanical arm on the injection molding machine, wherein the temperature of the charging barrel is 150ºC-220ºC, and the main material is a synthetic rubber particle, is one of or a mixture of several of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), and the content of the main material is 70%-95%; the fragrance is an essential oil which is one of or a mixture of several of various scented essential oils, and the content of the essential oil is 5%-25%; preferably, the optimal proportion of the essential oil is 7%-18%; and the content of the colorant is 1%-5%.
