Abstract:
Provided are a method for preparing a sea cucumber protein peptide, and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises removing the viscera from fresh Iceland Red Ginseng, washing same and air-drying same, grinding same into a homogenate, then adding protease for enzymolysis, inactivating the enzyme in a boiling water bath, filtering same, decolorating same and spray-drying same to obtain a sea cucumber protein peptide. The sea cucumber protein peptide can be used as the raw material of a nutritional supplement, a health-care product or a cosmetic product.
