Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for preparing single crystal zinc oxide nanoparticles which may be stably mass-produced. Provided is a method for preparing zinc oxide nanoparticles, wherein a solvent for precipitating zinc oxide in which an acid substance is homogeneously mixed in a solvent containing at least alcohol, and a raw material solution in which a raw material of zinc oxide nanoparticles is mixed in a basic solvent or a raw material solution in which a raw material of zinc oxide nanoparticles is mixed and dissolved in a solvent resulting in a basic solution, are mixed between relatively rotating surfaces for treatment which are disposed facing each other to be close to or apart from each other, so that a mixed fluid in which zinc oxide nanoparticles are precipitated is discharged from between the surfaces for treatment. The solvent for precipitating zinc oxide and the raw material solvent are mixed between the surfaces for treatment to allow the mixed fluid to become basic, and single crystal zinc oxide nanoparticles are thus formed by an acid-base reaction caused by mixing the acid substance and the basic solvent.
