　Provided is a cyclic olefin resin composition film having excellent blocking resistance and toughness. A cyclic olefin resin composition film containing a cyclic olefin resin (11) and a styrene elastomer (12), wherein the cyclic olefin resin composition film has a first surface section constituting 25-45% of the total thickness, a second surface section constituting 25-45% of the total thickness, and an inside section constituting 10-50% of the total thickness between the first surface section and the second surface section, the average value of the minor-axis dispersion diameter of the styrene elastomer in the first surface section or the second surface section being 75-125% of the average value of the minor-axis dispersion diameter of the styrene elastomer in the inside section. Excellent blocking resistance and toughness can thereby be obtained.
