Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of separation of functional materials. Disclosed are a method for preparing a zirconium oxide composite adsorbent on the basis of a droplet confined space, and the defluorination use of same. Lipase is immobilized on the surface of styrene particles as a "bridge", and abundant and uniformly distributed groups on the surface of the lipase provide an excellent platform for the uniform growth of nanoparticles, such that enzyme-linked particles are prepared. A continuous phase film of HIPEs is used as a framework to construct a "flexible confined space", and in the space, zirconium oxide nanoparticles are controllably and uniformly loaded on the surface of the enzyme-linked particles, thereby obtaining a zirconium oxide composite adsorbent. The problems in the prior art whereby a nano zirconium oxide adsorbent is not easy to collect, large column pressure and low separation efficiency are prone to occurring during dynamic separation, etc. are solved; moreover, the interface stability of a zirconium-oxide-based composite material is improved, nanoparticles can be controllably and uniformly grown, and the prepared zirconium oxide composite adsorbent is applied to efficient defluorination.
