Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preventing short circuiting between the inner surface of a capillary tube or a special-shaped tube and a conductive electrode. A solvent of a polymer solution to be prepared is one of N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), and a solute is one of polymers such as polylactic acid (PLA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF); a polymer film that coats an electrode can ensure normal reaction of negative and positive electrodes under the action of an electric field in an electrochemical reaction process, and short circuiting will not occur even when the negative and positive electrodes are in contact with each other under the action of an external force. The method has the advantages of being convenient in operation, wide in applicability, and low in cost.
