Abstract:
A preparation method suitable for a wear-resistant super-hydrophobic coating on the surface of a sampling needle, comprising: first building a micron-sized coarse structure on the surface of a sampling needle by using a cathode-coated three-electrode dynamic coaxial etching method; then preparing a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film on the surface of a sampling needle substrate with the micron-sized coarse structure by using a dip-coating film forming method; and after heat treatment, making the surface of the sampling needle in a rolling super-hydrophobic state.
