Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for processing a plastic-containing material using lepidopteran larvae, a method for recycling a plastic-containing material, and a system for recycling a plastic-containing material. [Solution] A method for processing a plastic-containing material characterized by comprising: a supply step for supplying the plastic-containing material and lepidopteran larvae into a plastic processing device; a holding step for, after supplying, holding the environment of the lepidopteran larvae within a preset range; and a feeding step for allowing the lepidopteran larvae to feed the plastic-containing material.
