Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing an Angelica gigantis radix extract containing ultra-fine decursin crystals. The extract according to the present invention contains ultra-fine decursin crystals including decursin, decurcinol angelate, and decurcinol, and thus has the advantage of being able to contain large amounts of effective ingredients with diverse physiological activity such as anti-inflammatory, immune-enhancing, and anticancer activity.
