Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a choco pie containing Allium hookeri leaves and root powder, the method comprising: producing a pie containing Allium hookeri leaves and root powder; applying agar marshmallow to the pie and then putting another pie over the pie; and coating the edge portions of the pies with white and dark brown chocolate to prepare a choco pie. As a result, it was confirmed that the choco pie not only contains the bioactive ingredients and nutrients of Allium hookeri but also satisfies the taste preference of children, young people and foreigners. The method may be effectively used for manufacturing a choco pie which has excellent nutritional, functional and sensory preferences.
