Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for producing a curved glass with a reflective film, the method making it possible to apply a reflective film to a windshield glass without impairing the optical performance of the reflective film and while inhibiting the reflective film from creasing; the curved glass with a reflective film; and a head-up display system. The method comprises: a molding step in which a reflective film comprising a substrate, a reflection layer, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in this order and having a degree of heat shrinkage at 140°C of 0.2-5% is placed on the convex surface of a curved glass, with the substrate facing the convex surface, and the reflective film is heated and pressed thereagainst at a temperature of 90-180°C, excluding 180°C, and a pressure of 0.01 MPa or greater; and an application step in which the reflective film is applied to the curved glass, with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer facing the concave surface.
