Abstract:
This method for producing an electrocast tube includes a core material preparation step (S1), an electroconductive layer formation step (S3), a support layer formation step (S5), a support-layer-equipped core material cutting step (S7), a crack formation step (S9), a gap formation step (S11), a securing step (S13), a block cutting step (S15), a core material removal step (S17), and a resin removal step (S19). According to this method for producing an electrocast tube, it is possible to provide a production method that resolves at least one issue from among the issue that an electroconductive layer 2 readily separates from a core material 1, the issue that the electroconductive layer 2 is readily scratched, and the issue that an electrocast tube 4 readily deforms.
