Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a multiple-ply roving capable of effectively raising the mechanical strength of a resin molded body. The method for producing a multiple-ply roving 10 comprises a step for bundling a plurality of glass filaments having a flat cross-sectional shape and a flatness ratio (major axis/minor axis) of 3.0-6.0 to form a glass strand and a step for obtaining the multiple-ply roving 10 by doubling a plurality of glass strands.
