Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing a non-ribosomal RNA-containing sample, said method comprising novel steps for removing ribosomes. According to the present invention, provided is a method for producing a non-ribosomal RNA-containing sample, said method comprising step (a) for, in a sample containing mRNA and ribosomes, releasing ribosomal subunits from mRNA, and step (b) for removing the ribosomal subunits released in step (a).
