Abstract:

　Provided is a method for producing a polymerizable compound represented by formula (I), comprising: a step (1) in which a compound represented by formula (II) and a compound represented by formula (V) are reacted in an organic solvent in the presence of a base, to obtain a reaction solution containing a compound represented by formula (III); and a step (2) in which a compound represented by formula (IV) and an acidic aqueous solution are added to and reacted with the reaction solution obtained in step (1). In the formulas, A represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, L represents a leaving group, n is an integer from 1 to 20, X represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, R represents a hydrogen atom or an organic group, and Rxrepresents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom. According to the present invention, provided is a method for producing a polymerizable compound represented by formula (I) at high purity and at high yield.
