Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for producing a resin composition which contains a filler and can give films having an excellent appearance; and the resin composition. This method is for producing a resin composition which comprises at least one olefin-based polymer, an inorganic filler, and a lubricant, wherein the olefin-based polymer is one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of propylene-based polymers and of ethylene-based polymers having a melt flow rate, as measured at a temperature of 190°C and a load of 2.16 kg, of 0.5 g/10 min or greater, the method comprising step (1) in which the inorganic filler is mixed with the lubricant, step (2) in which the mixture obtained in step (1) is mixed with the olefin-based polymer(s), and step (3) in which the mixture obtained in step (2) is kneaded.
