Abstract:
The present invention produces a seamless capsule (SC) by discharging a multilayer liquid droplet (14) from a nozzle (2) into a cooling liquid (8), causing the surface portion of the liquid droplet to be cured. Below the nozzle (2) are provided: a straight, tubular, straight-molding tube (21); and a rotary molding tube (22) having a greater diameter than the straight-molding tube (21). A rotary elbow section (24) is provided rotatably to the bottom end of the straight-molding tube (21). Multilayer liquid droplets (14) are discharged into the straight-molding tube (21), and after the liquid droplets (14) are cooled by the straight-molding tube (21), the liquid droplets (14) are discharged from the rotary elbow section (24) into the rotary molding tube (22). The liquid droplets (14) are released from the rotary elbow section (24) while being rotated, and so are cured falling in the vertical direction while being fanned out in the circumferential direction within the rotary-molding tube (22).
